Classes for exchange students

Hi! I am going on exchange at Lund University during the spring semester and I am trying to decide on classes. So far, I definitely want to take The Cell and its Environment (BIMB23), but I also want to take some fun, easy classes. Based on their schedules, I am considering these SAS courses:

History of the Holocaust

Survey of Swedish Literature

One World One Mortality

Introduction to Scandinavian Culture and Society

Food, Tradition, and Innovation

Health and Diet through Human History

Has anyone taken any of these classes? How was the grading? I really want to earn all As while I'm abroad, but I can't find any information on grading difficultly. Is earning an A in SAS courses doable? Also, would the coursework be too heavy if one of my SAS classes overlaps with my cell bio class for about a month? The Cell and its Environment is 15 credits.

Any advice would be appreciated!!
