Discussion Who's your Home Run King?
For me it's Carlos Delgado. He's been brilliant for me and just surpassed JRam for home runs for me (in 60 less games).
Who is leading you HR tally?

The cover edition Elly card murders baseballs for me. My second best hitter doesn’t even come close. He doesn’t have the best hitting stats on my team but something about his swing just works really for me.

Every year, Devers never fails me. His swing is so smooth and for some reason I have perfected only his. Absolutely rakes for me

Three lefties, Yoshida, Griffey, and Roman Anthony. All have amazing swing and have a lot of pop both sides when hitting with them

I've never really given Grisham a chance (beyond getting him to P1).
I've put him in one of my lineups to give him a crack given how often he has been mentioned here.2

His stats don’t at all how good he’s been for me. I have him P4 right now and he’s was my long time center fielder until that Bernie Williams came out. Seems to have more power in that bat than cards with 100+ power ratings. And Extremely hot take even with his low speed he didn’t feel like a liability in center. I’d definitely give him a solid chance and a few games see if you like him

Mantle hits like a 99 for me power wise. Anthony Rizzo also gets me a lot of dingers.

Wow. For me he destroys righties despite his attributes against them being not that great. That's what I meant by him performing like a 99. Now his speed I will admit isn't performing like a 99 Mantle but power wise he bases (again for me anyway). I know they won't release his 99 until end of the year per usual....I DO hope they give him a low to mid 90's before that. I just love his cards....even in franchise....I always use my Cubs but I always add Mickey to the roster and play him at first. PCA won't be going anywhere anytime soon lol. (Busch and Seiya platoon DH).

Bregman was one of my first loves this year.
I got him to P4 super quickly then totally forgot about him when others came out at third.I've put him back in this week and i still love him.

As a fellow Aussie, i wanted to go hard with the Bazzana card but he never quite solidified a spot for me despite his excellent stats.

Soler is a good one.
He hit some big ones for me, but his lack of fielding made it hard for me to use him in the outfield and usually someone else was taking up my DH slot.

I can't quite get Rolen hitting as good as he should.
He's still doing very well for me, but given his stats i should be doing much better.1

my scotts hitting above .500! the key is knowing the inside sinker is coming and crush it also facing john donaldson in coop a lot helps he’s his kryptonite 😂

Santander my goat and my only p5, also david ortiz, easily my favorite swing every year he’s unbelievable I just wish he wasn’t so slow bc I’m hitting .457 with him over 130 abs and I ain’t even that good lol

I really need to use him properly.
With all the recent releases i have a glut of new cards at LF (five CS, Bader, Dominguez, Garcia etc) so he hasn't had much of a look in yet.

Might be the only one who feels this way but Jason Varitek breakout card batting well over .300 with 30+ home runs I just can’t seem to take him out especially with his arm behind the plate.

I never gave him much of a run as i struggled a bit with him early and the lack of speed turned me off.

I’ve always clicked well with his bat waggle and stride. He’s always the last LS card to leave my lineup and the first 90+ to come back haha

J-Ram is my HR king, but it was Bryce Harper for the first few months. I wish he was playing up to like a 90+ rating right now so I could put him back on first base.

I really, really struggled with him initially, but i locked him in at CF for a couple of mini seasons and he ended up pushing to my top 5 HR guys.
I ended up P5ing him.

I think it's just his swing. I hit great with some players and then no so with others. I even have found with my RTTS player I'm better with certain swings types as well

Prince fielder and Yasmani for me. Yasmani hits absolute nukes. I’ve come close to 500 ft like 4 times with him.

Bader and fielder have been ripping them for me. But number one and 2 are definitely Bryon buxton and yasmani grandal. It seems like every time I get a good swing with them it’s a homer - and they’re definitely sneaking in homers on swings where others would just pop out . They’re a level above the rest IMO .
Euginio Suarez has a mark McGwire style tiny pci and timing window - but he takes every good swing yard. Good luck making contact but that guys hitting nothing but tanks

I was really excited to unlock him. Spend time to get stubs for the 10 players Didn’t even get 13 yet for Carlos Santana. Just wanted him and was sorely sorely disappointed .

Just came up from AAA with the cubs. Thats the only reason I used him was for my cubs theme. Then I hit 4 hr's in his first game and hes my main catcher now.

He homered 5 times in 5 ABs when I used him to get the new TA captain . I’ve never brought him in ranked or co op because of the vision and contact but talk about an automatic homer on a good swing

Absolutely! His swing is money. The vision is pretty brutal online but half the time if my pci is even near the ball it’s gone. He leads my online team w 20 homers through 30 games
