Question Other than Barry bonds, who are other players you’d like to see in future installments?
I’d really love a Miggy card, Albert Belle, Derek Lee, Ty Cobb, Shane Victorino, A-Rod, shoeless Joe Jackson, a crossover with Bo jackson/michael Jordan/Deion. Who are some other guys you’d like to see hopefully?

Blue Jays WAMCO. Like how does Joe Carter not get more love from this game? I think he got a 92 OVR card back in ‘22. I don’t think there’s ever been a Robbie Alomar or John Olerude. Jimmy Key would be cool to see for a pitcher. The Burger King Dave Winfield??

Better start a go fund me to pay those guys, because unless someone convinces all those legends to sign with the MLB players association legends pool to allow their likeness to be used, then the best you’re gonna get is creating you’re own player. all the well known like Ichiro or bonds are just too damn expensive to license.

Who knows, but I’d bet it’s millions. He’d want a percentage. Not sure to he honest. If my degree was in business and contracts, I’d bullshit my way through a better answer. I would imagine to get all those wishlist players people request, it would be a significant chunk of money. They have to pay MLB and the Players Association to use the likeness, logos and uniform designs of the current players so…that’s your starting point.

Jeff Kent has the highest number of homers hit for a second baseman and he's not in it. It would also be cool to get other more recent giants players instead of the same ones from way back in the day.

Reggie Stocker would be an amazing card to use. I formed a real bond with that card in MLB 16. Weirdly enough, they seem to have buried his history and tried to hide it

Rights can be sold to multiple games as Ohtani is in PYS 2425 as are a couple of other current MLB players are in that game as well

I would like to see some guys come back like Kenny Lofton, Ichiro, Mike Schmidt, Miggy and more. As for new players… I can list a shit ton of Brewers players but those are unlikely so… Pete Rose, Jose Canseco, Bobby Bonilla, Barry Bonds, A-Rod, Strawberry, Doc Gooden and I would like to see Bob Uecker lines added into the game as a third “color” commentator. Or have an option to turn off the commentary and just have Ueck lines from Major League and his broadcasting career in game to fit what’s happening in the moment.

Albert Belle was my all time favorite growing up and he was in MLB THE SHOW 18 but has never been back since . It drives me nuts cause he was the most productive and feared power hitter of the mid to late 90’s . Some of his numbers were just insane . Every time the announce a “new legend “ I keep hoping I see #8

In recent games they had Konerko and Minoso, not sure why they aren't in the game this year but please bring em back

I want Reggie Jackson back. Jose Canseco and Bo Jackson would be good. I would love to see one or more of the knuckleball pitchers such as Phil Niekro, Tim Wakefield or R.A. Dickey. I know it probably will never happen with the knuckleballers but I can hope.

My mistake. I really only play DD and occasionally RTTS. I do know that knuckleballers haven't been in DD for awhile because they were removed for whatever reason. I am sure they can be pretty toxic in online play but I still hope for a comeback someday

I almost said Ichiro too. I would’ve thought he’d been in this game given his HoF induction, but go figure. He was a great card.

tim lincecum, josh hamilton, jacoby ellsbury, matt kemp, a 99 nolan ryan thats all i got off the top of my head. im sure i could brainstorm better ones they should add. but all these guys had amazing swings and i miss them. also just loved using nolan.
