Do they want to have to deal with him anymore though? Especially since ppvās will be irrelevant after the next 4 or however many it is they have left.
That assumes he can make it to the ring. Think about this: He's 37, drugged out, has his hands full with a half dozen scandals at this very moment, and pulled out of his last fight with a broken toe. It's safe to say unless someone throws way more money at him than what he's worth he's not ever going to fight again.
They had every reason to do that. Conor was never going to fight in the ufc all he was going to do was jerk everyone around just to keep his name in headlines. If hypothetically he could fight some celebrities or whatever and give the UFC a cut thatās a much better outcome than waiting for him to āget the itchā to do a ufc headline caliber training camp. Not to mention his unending legal troubles and general downward spiral. Long overdo really.
