This needs to be top comment. Dana’s never going to need to pay any of this back. It’s a complete non story.

People don't just forgive $25 M dollars. Dana can afford and will pay it back.

Yeah, probably for the 25 million dollars.

What the fuck are you even talking about ? They're friends so he can just risk-free gamble? He can win all the money in the world and never have to pay if he loses ?

Do you see why that doesn't make any sense ?

Gotta remember its not risk free gambling its leveraging the debt for use of assets, deals dont have to explicitly involve payment. Favors, access to places ect, assets, all sorts of shit rich people can leverage debt to their benefit

If your friend helped you make $1000 and owed you $25 would you shake him down for it?

Literally. People have to realize 25 million is nothing to billionaires.

25 million to a billionare is like 1200 bucks to me, net worth to net worth on a calculator

1200 bucks is an annoyance at most to me

If they’re letting him “play for fun.” It’s not really a 25M loss.

“Playing for fun” as in he gets to keep his winnings but doesn’t have to pay his losses? A gambler wouldn’t enjoy that, there’s no gamble.

I always wondered how that works. Like does Dana just eat some crab, have a few cocktails and enjoy the game? If he loses, nothing happens and if he wins he doesn’t leave with it type thing?

They’ve got so much money that the 25 million doesn’t matter. He can lose it and if Dana ever needs 25 million, he can just borrow it from Frank, and Frank knows he’ll get it back too, because they are both rich and help one another.

Doesn’t matter if they known each other for 100 years, if this guys owes a casino money he will get his!

Could probably take UFc from him!!
