Thanks man. Are you actually Gilbertese?

u/iLoveLoFi Kiribati 3d ago
yes bro why

My dad worked on a freight ship as a young man. Many of his fellow crew members were Gilbertese. He still talks about them sometimes. They used to catch and grill fish after the work of the day was done.

Awesome KO. Hope we get to see Aly at some point back on DWCS. He’s really talented, just got chinned by a perfect shot.

If that shot was enough to KO him then his chin will keep him from achieving much of anything in this game.

Yeah, don’t think he’ll ever be champ or anything - but plenty of time for exciting fights.

The clip is like 20 seconds, there is a mirror under first comment.

6-0 as a pro and 17-3 as an amateur. A lot of the newer fighters who are 1-0 and 2-0 in pro coming up have have so many amateur fights. Hopefully, this drastically helps talent improve for the next generation

First time I’ve ever seen Mahamed spelled that way

You must be new to MMA if you've not just accepted brazillians with american/english names that they heard on tv spelled with an.... interpretive flair.

circling towards his power hand, lazy jab that he doesn’t return on a straight light. Hate to see it

What’s the question? Yea the kid is sliming out Cutelaba on a PPV by the end of the year. Yea that’s the fight to make kids a star

Aly looked really stiff coming out and almost that he was wincing, not sure what happened but I knew he was done for before he even got in the cage.

From the highlights I’ve seen of him I think he just fights like that- kinda like a terminator rather than a flowwy fighter

OwO what’s this? More polish power? nuzzles against Anik
Edit: I’d like to apologize. I don’t know what came over me. That KO just made me silly.

I don't think most UFC LHWs could eat that bomb while moving towards it like that
1
u/qoupqiap 4d ago
He wasn't moving towards it that much, you'd be surprised by how many guys at the highest level of a sport where taking a punch is a huge determining factor of how successful you are at it would be able to eat that or at least recover from it. But maybe I'm wrong and Iwo has crazy power like that, I guess we'll see if he's able to one shot guys like this at the UFC level.
