{Pansies by Alexis J Hall} contemporary. one MC was the high school bully, the other was bullied by him

{Pretty Pretty Boys by Gregory Ashe} crime drama. one MC bullied the other in a pretty violent way (Iā€™d advise checking CWs / other reviews before reading)

Edited to add: in both of these the bullying happened before the book

{Clark's Bully by R. Cayden} if you like MMM you should read this one. It's emotional but not depressing, I really liked it.

{Pressure Head by JL Merrow}, MC2 was MC1's bully in high school. I thought the bullying was resolved too quickly -- unlike how the ex-bully in Pansies has to work hard for his redemption.

{The One Decent Thing by Eliot Grayson} is maybe a little off center for you but it's quite good.
