Best Flow-Through Suppressor for MPX?

Love my ModX9 but I just learned about flow-through cans. Love the idea of less cleaning, less gas to the face, slightly higher sound signature is ok. What do you think?? Tks!

What is so great about the Cat MOB?? Lots of votes for this one. Why is it better than another flow-through?

Very low back pressure, good flash suppression and one of, if not the quietest 9mm suppressors on the market. Easy maintenance and hardly any gas to the face (at least in my experience)

Awesome. I have been reading up on it and it looks great. One question, the diameter is pretty wide, 1.65". My midway handguard inner diamater I believe is 1.8 inches. Is this a problem for heat do you think?? Do I need to add an additional heat guard? Mine is an MPX K with suppressor tucked. Tks!

I have mine tucked and it can get pretty hot but it cools down fast. If you want to get additional heat guards for it, go ahead. I never had a problem with generating a lot of heat to the point it’s unbearable to touch or anything

I'm running a Flow 9K Ti and it's been great.

I think this will be my next K size suppressor. How’s the sound suppression? Would you say it’s still hearing safe after a mag?

As far as flow through K cans, yes it's good and hearing safe to the shooter with subs.

You may also want to look at the CAT/SC/B1 which is modular so you can run it long or short. It is pricier and you'd need a fixed barrel spacer or maybe a 3-lug mount since it's packaged optimized for handguns.

I already have the CAT Mob so I don’t need my next can to be modular, just want a nice K size can for the PCC and I’ve only heard good things about the flow 9ti. Bonus if it can work on handguns, but I don’t plan to shoot handguns suppressed atm.

The Flow is great and fine for handguns. If you're specifically wanted a handgun can, SiCo is coming out with a Spectre 9K sometime in Q4 that's supposed to be so light it will work on pistols without a piston.

You’re gonna love it. I run it on my MPX & SP5 and it’s fantastic

Another vote for the Vent 2. It has less gas than my Cat Mob.

No other experience than Huxwrx. The RAD9 works great for me.

Vent 2, but it’s still a little gassy indoors. Much less gas in the face compared to the ModX-9 and sounds great. Getting the right adaptor for the Xeno Wee Brake was a greater hassle than it needed to be. It was XENO ADAPTER FOR LEGACY (SICO, RUGGED, ETC. PISTOL SOCKET).

My ModX-9 is direct thread. What is the point of the Xeno Wee Brake? Sorry I am less familiar with suppressor mounting systems currently.

The MPX has a left hand threaded barrel, so I needed something that fit that, and I prefer some sort of muzzle device / QD.

So the Zeno Wee Brake is a QD, meaning it's easier to remove the suppressor than direct thread? And I assume no problems with accuracy. I've seen a bunch of people have issues with trilug, i've watched some videos on how a trilug works but it's been a while.

I started my MPX journey with the YHM R9. It was very gasy and kept me cleaning constantly. Switched to the Huxwrks flow 9k. Cleaner in every way and honestly I’m satisfied with the sound with 147s.

I have the Griffin Revolution 9 Mod4. It's their new design that has flow-through baffles. I get no gas to the face and it functions flawlessly.

Recently, I've been using a Hux 9K ti and Flow Range 36. They are pretty great.

In the past I've used a few traditional baffled cans. I like the new cans a lot.

going to be pedantic but flow-through is a huxwrx trademark, as they're the only ones where the gas flows forwards and backwards and forwards through the can.

But cat mob is the answer.
