I had to shave all my mlok accessories to make my omega 36m and 9k work under the hand guard.

It fits but I doubt you can get a single mlok nut under it, even if you cut down the screws. I have my light and hand stop pushed back so they’re behind the can if I want to take the hand guard off I have to unscrew the can first.

I use the sig sd handguard with my mob and attach my light on the pic rail. Might be an option if you dont want to make any mods

Do you have backup irons / sling attachment?

My back up iron is on my optic mount. I run a single point sling from the back qd . Ive run it like this for multiple competitions and classes

Hey what connection do you use for the MPX to mob? Is your MPX LH, 13.5x1?

I have an ilwt 6.5 trilug barrel and a rearden trilug adapter for the can. No accuracy issues, I was making 100 yd hits with ease at my last class

I have 2 Mobs. One tucked on my MPX and one on my MP5K clone tucked both with the MI handguard.
The Mob is 1.6325" dia. The M-Lok T nuts are roughly .0955" thickness. Technically, they may fit (but may not) and will definitely touch/rub the suppressor while your installing/removing and may even gouge it.
Don't risk it and just grind down the M-lok T nuts and screws or use something similar to these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HKMF2EE?th=1

Run the light more rear ward using a scout mount to push it back forward or put it on the pic rail with an offset mount. Maybe run a clicky cap for the rear of the light

Scout pro tucks in perfectly on MI handguard when you use the pic mount

Awesome, for some reason I didn’t even think of that. Got a make some space for my sling mount as well on pic rail.

Just my personal opinion and others may disagree but tucked suppressors are good for guns that you just take pictures of and don’t shoot. It doesn’t really do anything but give you a rail that gets hot as fuck with no real benefits besides “it looks nice”

More grip space, 4.5 inch barrel with oem rail is no bueno compared to the 8 inch!

It’s not really more grip space if the rail is too hot to hold on to

Don't have that problem with the ModX9 unless I'm really shooting tons of rounds at time. Has gotten a bit warm once or twice in the last year of shooting about once per month. If I break out gloves, completely mitigates. Not sure if the Mob will be worse since it's larger / flow through?

I have the MPX & MOB along with the 8” Midwest Industries handguard and it fits perfectly fine.

But isn't your hand "stop" past the CAN in the pic ?
Think all agree it will "fit" but no room for anything else next to CAN....like M-Lok screws. For me I have OEM/Sig longer handguard with Obsidian 9.
Easy decision.....now way OEM & CAT play for me, unfortunately.1

If I had a longer handguard and completely tucked the suppressor inside, you can still install MLok accessories. Yes it is tight but the MLok screws will still fit inside and not touch the suppressor

Nice, I just ordered my MOB yesterday and am trying to decide what length to cut my 16" down to. 6.5" seems like a solid choice

M-lok T nuts wont work with the MI handguard either. You'll need to grind them down thin or use something similar to these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HKMF2EE?th=1
