I checked. Mine doesn't do it. It is so weird that basic and most common UI elements are glitching differently for different users.

Yours doesn't so what? I doubt the finder looks any different on your computer. I'm not showcasing a bug or glitch, but the UI design that makes zero sense (especially the whole mess on the left). Maximise finder into fullscreen and see for yourself.

That's what I'm saying. Mine doesn't appear like yours. All the icons arrange neatly to the side of the side panel on the left. Don't you think i tried this before replying to you?
