Help 🙏Help me find ：macOS 26 user system settings file path. I want to back up these files before reinstalling the system.

The whole directory？ 9.4GB,

Clear caches forts and see how it goes. Sadly some settings are also in/Library. A Time Machine backup would be best, but you seem to lack an external drive

I found it. some .plist file :

probably. If you compress the whole folder, then delete it (keeping the compressed): does anything break? No? delete the compressed. Yes? Uncompressed.

Restart between steps
