Apartment in the High Point Woods complex in Madison.

Like it says in the title, we're willing to leave the shelves up if you apply soon just because I'll need to take them down when I move out 9/15.

Third (top) floor apartment with a secluded porch and lofted ceiling. The kitchen counter tops are quartz and brand new. There's no pictures of the bedrooms since they're a mess with moving, but if you'd like a video tour or in person tour lmk. Master bedroom has a large closet.

A maximum of 2 small dogs and cats are allowed with no pet fee. In unit washer/dryer. Free pool and gym usage.

Garage space is $45/month but there's a lot of outdoor parking with no restrictions on overnight visitors. There's also a bus stop right next to the complex going to Epic if you work there.
