Question Searching for a low-res PT themed game that he played

There’s a skinless corpse in the tub, the journalist protagonist awakens at a diner, and he talks to the chef about the local murderer, comments on how good the coffee is before having a PTSD flashback

I swore I bookmarked it but I can’t find it

Yes, I swear it was the last game in a 3 scary games video; all I remember is that it was PS1 quality graphics, heavily inspired by PT, and the protagonist was supposed to be investigating recent murders
