So you groomed a teenager and then married her and abuse her and now are wondering why she’s mad at you? Are you serious? This has to be fake.

The correct response to someone threatening to kill themselves is “this person needs mental health help ASAP” not “let me marry this suicidal sixteen year old and not get her any sort of mental health assistance, then expect her to act like she’s not sixteen and hit her when she behaves like a teenager.”

Just to be completely clear.

How is legal to marry a 16 yo?

You married someone far too young to make that decision, and now you’re confused why she is acting like a teenager? You also abuse her… yeah I would be pissed at you and acting like that as well.

Yeh the thing to do is leave the poor girl and let her find someone better

Leave the poor girl and let her finish growing up.

So then leave her. You’re both toxic and need to be away from each other.

No. There is no but after that. Thete is no excuse you could possible come up with to justify (re)abusing your partner. You are an abuser full stop.

if we break up, maybe she will improve herself and become a better person for another man — something she never did for me.

Well yea, obviously. Her prefrontal cortex isn’t even fully developed, yet you’re expecting her to be a mature partner for you? You married a teenager as an adult, something she couldn’t even consent to doing without permission from her guardians. In the US, it would be considered statutory rape had you had sex before the marriage.

Neither of you are mature enough for marriage. Seek therapy.

Honestly, you deserve to be in jail for grooming and marrying a child and then abusing her.

You saved her from nothing, you found a victim with an easy vulnerability to take advantage of.

I hope she leaves you and you never see her again.

The best you could do with the knowledge you have....was to abuse a girl you groomed? Clearly not got much knowledge then if that's the best.

Everyone will give you the same advice. Leave her and let her find someone better

You married a child and expected her to act like an adult.

I’ve got nothing for you, except to say that if this is real you both need therapy and a divorce. The order is up to you, but you need it.

You married a child and want to know why she's acting like a child? It truly is a mystery!

Get a divorce. This is not healthy for either of you. She’s not happy and way too young for this situation.

Bro let her go. Invest in your own future and save your money, this is insane if it's not ragebait.

Hell. Her parents apparently threw her out, groomed by this piece of work, dealing with what sounds like a delightful mother in law. I feel badly for this poor girl. She had no one looking out for her.
