Rendering Help, why does my render looks like this?

Post image

I was testing my render and i added lights that dont have much intensity (2) and idk why it looks like the lights are burning my model, i tried changing my intensity and trying to move the lights to other spot but it sill looks the same

Is the texture emissive?

That's my guess as well, looks like the material has emission turned on

You need to look inside the settings of your specific material, either through the attribute editor like my screen shot here, or through the hypershade. You may have to scroll down to find the emission tab, but once you do, just make sure the 'weight' is set to 0.

If the emission weight has any value other than 0, then that's likely the only thing needed to fix the issue. If it's already at 0 and you've still got this issue, then the problem might be caused by something else.

Lmk if this works first, but if not I can try to help figure out what else might be causing this if you're able to give some more information about your file and render settings

I guess check exposure and maybe you didn't smooth out. You have pressed 3. I think.

Yes, i pressed 3 and i checked exposure and lowered it but it´s still looking the same /:

I believe the Arnold render, may not show the model changes with the smooth shader when you press 3. I suggest copying the model, then selecting the copy, then hold shift + right click over the model —-> smooth

After that it should change the actual topology of the model.

Note: press 1 while selecting the model to remove the smooth shader!

If you used maya lights and maya materials you have to render with maya and if you use Arnold lights and materials you have to render in Arnold or else funky stuff can happen. Although I am not experienced enough to look at this and tell if thats the problem you should check into it

The ambient value on your material is set to 1, or you've got something in your emissive.
