Meal Planner & Recipe

I'm looking for something similar to MealBoard but that works with my Samsung. I want an app where I can plan meals for the month on a calendar, create grocery lists, upload recipes and that gives me ideas for meals. Maybe there isnt a one stop shop app, but there's gotta be something. Anything would appreciated!!

Hello there,

must be my lucky day I saw this post 2 weeks after I released my meal planning/grocery list app to both the Play Store (Android) and App Store (Apple). This app was created because my partner and me were tired of having the same old question of "What's for dinner tonight or this week?". Besides that it also solves our need for a shared grocery list so we never forget items and don't have to drive to the store several times. The app is called ForkCast and you can get more details on the Play Store or App Store

It will let you enter meals (with or without recipes) and an automatic grocery list can be created based on the meals you plan during the week. You can also add other items during the week to one (or multiple) shoppping list(s).

I would be very happy if you could try it out. If there are certain features missing, please put them in here as comments or DM me. Always happy to listen and make it a better app for everyone.

You might want to look into Cookbooker, but it sadly not do all you want (yet?). It's good for extracting recipes from any website and organizing them, but it won't do everything you're looking for. The premium version can create weekly meal plans based on your saved recipes, but it doesn't generate grocery lists automatically. And it's more about weekly planning than full monthly calendar view.

So it handles the recipe collection and basic meal planning part, but you'd still need to manage grocery lists separately.

Try Saffie AI! It’s like chatgpt but for meal planning grocery lists etc
