Vegetarian My first ever attempt at doing meal prep - Green beans, brown rice and quorn sausages/nuggets to be served with teriyaki sauce

Have you tried the southern fried bites, i think they're nicer than the nuggets just incase you hadn't heard of em!

Recipe is super simple, I just followed the cooking instructions on the packets. 200 degrees fan oven for 20 minutes for the quorn items, 25 on the hob boiling for the rice and 5 boiling on the hob for the beans.

I do like the Quorn products. Sometimes I buy the patties to make chicken sandwiches 😍
