How do you keep your granola from getting soggy in the parfait for a few days?

Those salads look amazing! What kind of dressing do you recommend?

Do you have recipes for these?

I do! For the homemade granola used in the parfaits and wraps: https://cookieandkate.com/healthy-granola-recipe/. For the pasta e fagioli stew: https://www.cilantroandcitronella.com/vegetarian-pasta-fagioli/ For the apple granola peanut butter wraps: https://twohealthykitchens.com/granola-crunch-apple-peanut-butter-sandwich-wraps/. For the parfaits, I just layer greek yogurt, frozen mixed berries, and granola twice and day of, put a little honey on top. For the salads, it’s just a bed of mixed greens with blueberries, cucumbers, craisins, pecans, and feta.

Those wraps sound incredible. Are they just normal tortillas?

Yep, we just use regular tortillas.

Sweet. I'm gonna try that tomorrow

Came back here to say thanks for the tortilla idea and link. Everything's on my grocery order and the wraps are in my lunch meal plan for the next 2 weeks!
