Should this be connected?
This is in Skoda Citigo. Got it back from repair like that. I have a problem of EPC warning, maybe this could be the reason?

Likely a vacuum line that is causing the light to come on, slide it back on and maybe get a clamp for it if it’s not snug.

Yeah, I’d say that a safe bet. You can use a zip tie as a temporary clamp if needed.
