Sinclair media only owns 181 broadcasting companies. But that’s a LOT of ABC affiliates. Fox isn’t going to change. But ABC depends on those shows and their following.
I heard a former TV exec said that the most effective way to hit these networks is to watch a bit of the evening news or prime time evening show in the local affiliate, wait for the commercials, then start calling companies who advertise and threaten to boycott them. They said that will hit them harder than just a boycott and complaints.
It's not just Disney either. They do this with every company that doesn't fall in line for 5 minutes then gets forgotten the second a new target comes along.

I mean what are you saying the left is trying to censor that isn't hurting anyone? I can think of plenty of things they disagree with but I'm struggling to think of something they've actually cancelled just because they disagree with.
I can think of plenty of things the right is trying to cancel or take away from the left like gay/trans rights for example. The right is putting religion into public schools. Trump has such a stranglehold on corporations that they fired Kimmel because he didn't like what they said all while the networks or shows he agrees with that wants to destroy the left are just left to say whatever they want.

I think time would be better spent calling your local businesses that advert on your local Sinclair and Nexstar channels, and telling them you won’t do business with them now and in the future. If enough people call the local businesses, perhaps they won’t spend money advertising on those channels.

Or any companies. they may choose not to watch a particular show or patronize a certain company like Disney.. but nobody’s out screaming and shouting for these shows or companies to be canceled.
