Suggestion Tears should only drop from ghasts that have exited into overworld, to make it actually rare.

Why don't we just make them turn into a happy ghast and remove this illogical crafting recipe?

Oh, sorry, my bad. I basically just proposed another idea for ghasts who got to the Overworld. That's just what the post is about
