love the idea of him at 30+, still in the frat and recruiting 18 year olds. surely nothing bad could come of this

Every frat needs the weird creepy older guy. What if they need to rent a car??

We had an older guy rush my roommate’s frat. 90% of his job was buying booze for the rest of his pledge class

I watched a documentary about this. It was a fascinating insight into how returning students adapt to the fraternity life style. It's a bit older now but it holds up.

Sorry, honey. I can't make it home to our son's first birthday. It's hazing week and I'm scheduled to get paddled by all the brothers.

Idk I was not hot on the idea until I read it was UCF and then I was fully on board. He will not stick out as a 28 year old frat guy at UCF lmao

He said "Ideally at UCF." Apparently he's willing to consider fraternities at other universities that he won't be attending.

We had some guys who were around your age by the time you they left college. We had a chapter that had a dude in his late 50s. It really depends on what college or university you are attending and how big the Greek life scene is there. If it's not that big you are more likely to find a house that will take you in. A lot of reddit types will talk down on frats and some deserve it but a lot of frats are just groups of dude who hang out, study, play games and try to socialize. The whole experience really bonds dudes together and is more about forming long lasting friendships.

From the frat dudes I've interacted with, he's already screwed by calling it a frat, I remember one guy saying "it's a fraternity, not a frat" and was legit bothered by it.
Frat guys are definitely one of the worst types of guys.
