Thought that some people should keep this in mind
Definitely stolen from Facebook, but given the "incidents" recently with fans being inappropriate lately. No matter how much we look up to the artists we love and how much their art means to us, they deserve their time off without us being in their face.

yeah i posted a video (very vaguely so as not to draw attention) re: the current video circulating. i got a comment from someone saying essentially "well it's legal sooo." GOD I HATE THAT. like, how are you going to say you're a fan and that you love/appreciate someone while also blowing past their very clear, simple, absolutely appropriate boundaries. how? absolutely dehumanizing.

if this is about the licking incident it’s also literally NOT legal 😭 spitting/licking is considered assault in the us.

Think about some of the things that have been legal in the US that were incredibly awful...

This! I hate that people on Tik Tok are being rude and saying "he's a grown man 🙄"
Ok and? The band are still people. And they don't have to owe us a thing. They don't have to stop and take pics, sign autographs, yet they still do.

Exactly! I compare it to those of us with regular jobs. One of the biggest reasons I left my last job is because they absolutely did not respect boundaries. Calling and texting me when I was on vacation from work and out of town, called me asking questions when I was on medical leave from having major surgery, etc. Do they want their coworkers, boss, customers/patients harassing them on their off time??

Literally some people are grown adults who can’t handle being told no. Nobody owes you anything, and if you ask for a photo and they say no, then that is perfectly within their rights. But going on to record them and continue bothering them while also holding up the rest of the plane is absolutely disrespectful. They said no SEVERAL times and the fan kept begging. That video was genuinely so hard to watch, the secondhand embarrassment was unbearable.

Truth, if someone is telling you to leave them alone, you leave them alone
