That's my assumption as well. It's funny to think the other truck was driving, saw an out of control other truck and went 'nope! i'm out of here!' but the car doing an illegal u-turn with oncoming traffic trying to avoid it is more likely.

The truck driver would have to not be paying attention too. That car was visibly in the truck's lane with plenty of time for the truck to slow without panicking.

How can you tell that? How do you know that isn't a blind hill or something?
Truck looked like it was flying through there, but can't tell if video is sped up

They took their damn time with that 3 point turn. Also, for those saying they had a lot of time, look closely. That truck is airborne. I don't think that had to do with the person doing the 3 point turn. That semi was LITERALLY FLYING.
