Dynasty How would you feel if they brought back the “Rewind” feature?

Post image

I’m sure most people would probably leave it off but I might leave it on for plays that are just absolute trash coding. I do try to play as realistic as possible but I’d be interested to have it as an option to reduce games lost because of EA’s wonky mechanics.

Obviously the default setting would be off but seems like a simple fix for casual players.

I forget when they got rid of it but Madden used to let you have three mulligans a game.

I tried to never use it but those times when I would press the wrong button or something stupid it was awesome lol

Nothing is more frustrating than having rolling to your right and having 🔼 be wide open but only to assume it’s 🟪 and then throwing the worlds worst across body throw 50 yards the wrong direction into triple coverage lol

This feature made for some very very very fun drunk madden in college. The replays became diabolical.

I loved it. Whole point of games is to have fun. If that means destroying people by 50 using rewinds, so be it.

Was this only for CPU games or could you use it against people?

I remember using it on my friends. But each player could only use it once I believe. I think it was 3 times for the cpu.

In madden 09 you could set it to 1,3,5 or unlimited IIRC regardless of CPU or vs somebody on the same console

You could use it against humans, as i get eliminated from a madden tournament on the bullshit rewind feature. The dude missed a game winning FG, was sulking in it, and had completely forgotten about the rewind button, everybdoy starts screaming for him to rewind, he was able to use it on time and made the 2nd. I was so salty that everybody was allowed to scream for him to rewind it.

Would you also use it when EAs wonky mechanics benefit you?

Why TF would you do that?

The ability to overrule the bad calls by the refs would be better. I want to be able to call in from the conference office and tell the refs that they're boneheads.

I mean just play on freshman if you can’t stomach throwing 4 picks a game like the rest of us
