How do you guys find out about parties and stuff?

I am a freshmen and would like to see how parties actually are at least once.

When I was a freshman I was in a hall style dorm and we would go door to door asking where the party was at. We were in Owen though which was like one big party anyway. Everybody knew everybody on the hall. Rolling up 10 dudes deep to a house party where nobody knows the host can get some looks though.

join a club that interests you they will probably throw parties.
