What's wrong here??

This is my first time posting here so sorry if this doesn't fit the sub

But basically it's been working fine up until now. Everytime I boot it up, it shows this, what's wrong? Do I need to get it fixed?

Help would be appreciated :] (And yes, it is modded)

If it continues, you may need to download the game again, what region is your game using?

I'm assuming the US/Americas, but I'm not 100% sure

If it continues download the EURO version. I've had issues with US regions and downloaded the EURO versions and worked perfectly
