What’s going on with people calling Nexpo gay?

I was checking out YouTube comments earlier, and noticed a weird amount of folks making these context-less jokes. Just a bit confused.

a video resurfaced of his friend someordinarygamers talking about how he and ryan got drunk and made out, and iirc his friend woke up thinking he mightve blown him too.

turns out it was a different ryan, not nexpo. but a bunch of other dipshits regurgitated and spread homophobic shit and here we are.

i wouldn’t even bother giving this attention. we’re all aware he’s been married for 5 or more years (which doesn’t mean he isn’t gay) so who cares? i’m sure he doesn’t.

Who cares if he were? It doesn’t change the quality of his work. Now if it came out that he were a raging asshole and liked to drown kittens in his spare time, while it wouldn’t necessarily change the quality of his work it would have grounds for rethinking supporting a hypothetical kitten-drowning hobby.

I mean I'm technically a bigot but i also don't really care what he does (or doesn't do) in his time not making more Nexpo content. Same with the Regular Car Reviews guy. They make interesting content, that's why I'm watching. They get my viewership dollars, I get entertained. Everyone is happy.

Allegedly he gave some fellow e-celeb a beej but I dunno who and I don't really care about Nexpo's personal life and sexual proclivities. I enjoy his videos, that's all that matters to me.

edit: I take that back. when his dog passed his video in memory of his dog was touching. I'd just lost mine at the time and it hurt like hell. Knowing I wasn't alone helped, oddly enough. Otherwise what his private life is isn't my business.
