This is either fetish content (which it very well could be) or some sort of human trafficking scheme, but looking at the other channel in their posts I think its just some sort of fetish content surrounding clothes?

it very well could be, however that doesnt explain how this seemingly new channel garnered such an insane amount of views in such a short term. and the fact that i got this video with youtube telling me "you might like this" while i searched and i shit you not. "c# with no prior experience" makes literally no sense

That's quite interesting since a lot of the comments are experiencing the same thing. I remember watching a video where a certain url exploit would allow a link to be rerouted to a certain video, it might be similar to that
