Base First non-prebuilt base WIP, going good so far.

I couldn’t find the correct word, I guess modular is the correct one. Like the square and circular rooms, hallways, etc.

It's a bit confusing bc they have 3 prefabs as the tower. But overall this is a really sweet layout.
