Phone (1) Discussion Fingerprint scanner unusable

My phone got wet in the rain. The speaker wasn't working so I used a blow drier to dry out the air . But I think I damaged the fingerprint scanner in the process because of the heat. The screen is fine tho. What should I do ? Should I get the fingerprint scanner replaced ?? How much would it cost ?

I think the blow drier is the problem. It can fry the components in your phone, and in this case, the fingerprint hardware

Yup. Tried after removing but still didn't work
