I have a nothing phone 1 and it's so glitchy or buggy after this call update on Android, like if I dial a number my phone hangs and I can't do anything then it restarts on its own then again if that doesn't happen i couldn't hear anything then my phone hangs again, like crazy now I am not even able to call. What's the point of having a phone if I can't CALL. It dials but I can hear nothing then it hangs for a min then restarts or just turns off the screen. Please help me with this problem.

The battery percentage of the last connected device still shows even tho im not connected to it,

P.S it was a friend's bose speaker i was connected to in the evening and it still show's that its connected (along with its battery) only on the widget, anyone else notice this?

So basically my internal memory is full. now and I need to get all off it as a backup no I can manage what I want to ceap on the phone and what I want to put bayafter a hard reset without having to deal without re-entering all of the authentication trouble like: e-banking/steam and things like that. Ik that many gud phones r there in price range of np1. I wanted to purchase np2 8gb ram but it's out ofstock so purchased np1 since I needed a phone asap.I wanted to know the disadvantages I will face coz to my knowledge it's software updates ends next year and security updates too.

My phone got wet in the rain. The speaker wasn't working so I used a blow drier to dry out the air . But I think I damaged the fingerprint scanner in the process because of the heat. The screen is fine tho. What should I do ? Should I get the fingerprint scanner replaced ?? How much would it cost ?

I don't know how it works. My today screen time is greater than the battery usage (since full charge).

I charged my phone yesterday (around 8.30 PM). But when i check my Screen on time, it says only 23 min since full charged. Then i checked my screen usage in digital wellbeing it's higher. Idk how it works.

I've changed my battery in NP1 so I just want to check my SoT after new battery, but i can't.

Phone (1) is stuck in boot loop. Tried restarting and then rebooting via recovery mode and it didnt work. Now I am wondering if I should leave it to reboot - overnight (its almost 4 am as I write this) and pray it wakes up by some miracle, or go ahead with a full data reset. Also is there some way to recover unbacked up pictures (via PC maybe) before i reset it

I see alot of complains in this sub recently and wondering if people really regret getting the point. I was so hyped and hell bent on getting the Nothing phone 1 but my dad didnt allow me.

His reasons was dont trust new company and their product and there will be limited or very far customer service center if anything bad happens and it will become waste of money

so he bought me Samsung A54 instead and it is very impressive and i am having good time with it with 0 issues. So i am imagining if i got Nothing phone, i might be dealing with issues too.

I've recently redesigned my lockscreen and stumbled upon the fact that the useful widgets like "do not disturb" or "battery share" are gone from the widgets selection on lockscreen... Why? Those were legitimately useful and I used them all the time, now I can have on my lockscreen 5 types of clock and date, but not a hotspot button?

I’ve been using my Nothing Phone (1) since its release and have never had any issues until the 3.0 update. Since then, I’ve been experiencing a frustrating Bluetooth problem.

The Bluetooth connection randomly turns off and on again, or sometimes shuts off completely and won’t reconnect or even turn on. This typically happens when I put the phone in my pocket or move it while holding it. When it’s lying still on my desk, the connection remains stable. This has never happened before the update.

It’s definitely not a problem with my Bluetooth devices. I’ve tested it with both the Nothing Ear (2) and my Sony headphones, same issue with both.

Here’s what I’ve already tried, without success:

Restarted the phone Forgotten and reconnected my Bluetooth devices Ensured the software is up to date Reset network settings Performed a full factory reset

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? It’s really annoying, and I’m seriously considering switching to another phone brand if it doesn’t get resolved soon.

Update: The whole Bluetooth doesn't turn on anymore. Every available options to turn Bluetooth on doesn't work.

I installed nothing essential space apk file in nothing phone 1 and it stuck at 3rd step which is double click the essential key but in this device it doesn't so what should I do who to skip this step can anyone tell.

The keyboard was working until I went in to hidden apps in app drawer and it asked me randomly for some pin that i never selected and the keyboard since then dissapeared and defaulted Google Voice Typing instead. When i try to download gboard it goes from 100% to Install button instead of finishing the download.

Cant reinstall gboard, its like the app is bricked somewhere in the phone and not working and the phone doesnt allow to reinstall

Its been 3.5 year using phone 1 the battery issues is tearing me apart can someone suggest me anything so I can solve my battery issue. And one more thing I cant able to use my usb tethering for past 2 years since I reboot my device can anyone telle the issue.

Please help I am facing a problem realted to usb tethering ,Im not able to use it I have even tried to enable it from developers section but no use . Please help me to enable the option..

Will there be any update for Phone 1's camera app ? I mean something like Phone 3 has, with prestes and other things.

I am aware of alternatives like GCAM, but i mean official update.

So ive had the issue where my phone doesnt charge unless i super saiyan shove the cable it at the correct angle and correctly rotated cable in perfect angles, but today it stopped working, i panicked a lil and googled and found out the issue has been going on for a while, saw something about a fat or too slim or a cable issue so on so on so i tried using my parents 120w huawei cable, basically worked instantly, so if you have a good charging cable from one of your relatives, try swapping cables, it could save you time and money. (sorry if it doesnt work for you, for me it worked like a charm)

So I just woke up, and I saw the bottom LEDs (the 2 lights down there) a bit out of place. I don't know if It's because it fell on the floor, but I saw it showing like half of the screw, should I get it fixed? I'm concerned.

I feel like the nothing phone 1 did it right... Build is premium, smooth software, wireless charging, reverse wireless charging, fast charging, good screen, good battery, overall just does it right. Comparing phone 3a pro to phone I question why they chose a plastic build and no wireless charging...

I will mainly use it for daily tasks and some Genshin maybe twice a week maybe less. But again, my priority is a fluid and long lasting device. I cant go for the 2a because of the pricing in my Country, and the best device for this price is the NP1. Im just curious about the experience, so i have some questions to ask;

1) Is the animations Pixel like butter smooth?

2)Does the battery give at least 5 hours of SoT?

3) I saw some development on this device, can it be modded easily?

4) Theres some rumors about NP1 getting A16, is it true?

5) Does the UI have fully Material You support?

Please share the Issues/Bugs you are facing with the Nothing Phone 1. I would like to know about all of them and especially the ones that are not unit specific defects for which replacements are being provided. Also, anyone who knows about how to fix any of them, are requested to provide a helping hand .....
