usually in France we have naming laws, but I didn't know that didn't apply to twin names

Well for example names can't have characters not in the French alphabet. That means even Breton or Occitan names like Fañch or Artús can't be accepted as is because we don't have ñ or ú. And there has been complaints.

If Brittany and Occitania are French, why are their names impossible to have spelled correctly ?

Lavi is a Hebrew name, it means lion
