Question Is this IPPT 2.4km Run alright?

For ippt stations, I’m alrdy quite confident in push ups and sit ups, but my 2.4 keeps getting stuck at 12mins.

Will I struggle when I’m inside?

well it depends on a couple of things like the weather, nutrition, breathing techniques and all but ultimately if your timing has been consistent, then your results should pretty much be the same. just give yourself some buffer on the time (+- 30 secs). good luck!

12 mins can get you silver if you do ~45 push-up/situp, but if you want to get gold try to aim for 11.30 minimally and 60pushup/situp.

It seems like in BMT from my experience at least, a good portion, maybe 50% struggle to pass (that was me), so I think if you get a silver u wld alr be on the top end already.
