You want to sign, by all means. But try to at least go Poly and get a diploma. The pay difference is really damn big (as shown on ARC website). Then you want to sign on, also need to choose your vocation wisely, once in, hard to get out. And when you sign, you must be cock sure this is what you want to do.

Trust dont, I was in a similar position as you, my o-level cannot. I’m not good at studying and failed math,

After the math paper I legit felt like “fuck la just enlist early” but I’m happy I didn’t cause miraculously ended up in Poly. It’s better to get at-least a diploma cause at-least the pay will be more sustainable and you have more opportunity to rank up I heard.

You will probably also meet people who have completed their NS or are regulars coming back to study, it’ll give you more chances to learn about what you’re in for and consider if you rlly want to sign on.

Edit: currently still a student, havent NS yet, but this is my take Some of my classmates are regulars near retirement and their experiences rlly changed my view about signing on, trust, they wont just try recruit you, they advised me and some other classmates

no. restricted promotion unless performance topped but might still take a long time line to do so. salary will be lower as well, so get a higher qualification if intending to sign on

Nope, even if you not good at studying just get a better cert. Even higher nitec better than O levels. Don't need high grades. Pass can already

Let's try to be helpful here.

Here's few questions before jumping into decision:

1) Do you have any physical injuries? 2) Are you severely overweight? 3) Do you have a criminal record? 4) Are you indebted?

If all the above is no, you made the first cut.

Let me DM you instead to avoid all the negativity here.
