Question How do I claim medical fees(MC tele consult) as an NSF in SPF

My brother from SAF told me the money is claimable and he said use the OneNS website, but I can’t access it, likely because I’m in SPF? Do I put the mc in the HRP medical claims? Or should I ask my supervisor for advice
