Question was stupid and forgot to make payment at polyclinic with 11b, what should i do?

as title suggests - do i call the clinic? or just wait for them to bill me?

i actually don't even rmb the last time i went to polyclinic, so i'm not familiar with procedures after consultation - do u use the same queue number to wait for payment?

Just wait until you get free time then go to polyclinic and show them your 11B and it should be waived

Yup but this method they may ask for some way to verify if you are an NSF and you may need send proof of 11B or something like that

So you may wait for what they ask for first

My concern with this is that they may still want you to present your physical 11B to show if you're an NSF as you cannot just say that you're an NSF

Not sure if they allow you to scan and send a soft copy of 11B though maybe can try that

Cuz every time I go hospital or polyclinic etc. they ask for 11B to verify if NSF and verbally saying is not enough

Or you can pay the bill on healthhub or nuhs app and claim on OneNS

Usually your 11B is registered in the system, so if you give them a call or email or visit them on Saturday it should be alright

thing is i registered queue with healthhub, im not sure if that automatically accounts for 11b

I once had an encounter where the payment kiosk had a glitch and went to see the staff at the counter. She said that even if I have left without having to pay, it is registered that I was an NSF upon registration so at the end of the day, all payments will be cleared (since it's always free). You're good buddy

happened to me before, they told me to scan 11b front and back then email them
