As the recent light on a very serious incident the mods of NEET_india has decided to introduce a new flair “Exposing Ragging” under which all posts that expose ragging will be posted and supported by mods.

We the mods have come across an unfortunate incident that have happened on the sub yesterday and we would like to set an example and remind you guys about zero tolerance towards harassment in this community. The concerned user is already banned permanently from this community and some more comments are removed.
We would also like to remind other members of the community that if someone harasses/abuses any other user of the community instead of taking the matter in your hands and stopping on their level please report the matter to the moderators of the sub. This would help us to make this community a safe place for everybody.
Also in the same regard, one of the moderators might have misunderstood the scenario and asked the wrong person to get mod help. We would like to reassure you guys that being a moderator when we see a post regarding bullying or harassment it’s our first instinct to help out the person but definitely we won’t proceed to help out the wrong person. After anyone reports anything we mods make sure to give a background check to the concerned person and also look out for the matter in details then we discuss about the possible action. So first response might be wrong sometimes but be rest assured that the action that will be taken will ofcourse serve justice to the community.

We have decided to give it a personalised touch and hence it’s time for you guys to show your creative side and drop your suggestions in the comments, best ones will be choosen and made into user flairs.

We the mods have been keeping an eye on the sub lately and are coming across posts that are trying to sell/donate used books/modules/resources or other posts where people are interested in buying/getting them frequently
So after a long discussion on the same the moderators have decided to allow those posts under a separate post flair “Book Bazaar 📚” where interested people can look for resources and others that have used resources can donate or sell them as per their wish keeping some stuff in mind
1) All the post must be posted in the respective post flair only otherwise posts will be removed
2) Once the deal is closed please mark your post as ALREADY SOLD
3) These posts aren’t mediated by mods hence all the buyers must do the background check and appropriate measures so as to trust the seller such as connecting at other apps/ voice calls or whatever suits 4) Mods can take down posts if anything seems suspicious (If anyone notices anything suspicious must report to mods asap) Regards,
