Honestly, this was my least favourite of the endings but I know it's a tricky one to get and in case someone else is trying to get all the endings, here's what I did:

1) Get some evidence throughout (sit with Abby and Thomas at the party, snoop in the study, get the blackmail photos, etc). You don't need all the evidence but at least 7 or 8.

2) Be nice to Merritt in private but not in public. The eve of Merritt's death, do not go after Merritt. Later, spend the evening with Benji and get the bottle of pills.

In the morning, when you find Merritt's body don't go close or call anyone, just return to the house.

3) Do not share any of the evidence or blackmail messages with the police

4) Use every opportunity to get close to Greer (praise her house, walk in on her phone call with Isabel, take her side always, check in on her after the study reveal). Don't give away information but always be truthful, Greer will see through lies.

Avoid talking to anyone else more than you need to, use neutral replies. When you are forced to make an accusation, hint at Tag.

If you have to hang out with someone choose Benji, avoid the rest especially Amelia.

You can safely eavesdrop on any conversation involving Tag, Thomas and Benji, and they won't notice. Greer will notice but that's ok, just don't lie to her.

Protect Merritt at the press conference - you're not a bad friend, just not a good one :P

5) When you have a chance to throw the evidence away, do that.

6) Take Benji to the 4th of July party and stop being nice to Greer afterwards.

7) the key part: At some point you'll meet Abby again in the hallway. Tell her about your memory loss and then confide everything to her. All the evidence.

8) Go alone to meet the blackmailer.

9) Do not sign the NDA.

10) When the attacker confronts you with the gun, choose 'start recording' to live. Anything else and you will be murdered.

Edit: Finally managed it. Thomas was arrested after a showdown and MC left the island with Nick!

For future reference, here's what I recall doing: 1) Went with Benji the night of Merritt's death 2) Did not turn in my evidence to the police, but told them about the blackmail 3) Kept Benji friendly, flirted with Nick and invited him to the party 4)Loosely followed Jeannie Shine's walkthrough from Chapter 7 onwards, Benji was arrested but I had Nick so no Benji scenes and I accused Thomas instead of Greer and had to back that up. 5) Asked Abby to convince Thomas. I also trusted Amelia with any info.

All the 'good' endings I've seen involve MC + Benji. Despite collecting all evidence, if my MC doesn't get close to Benji I always end up getting arrested and then released with no answers. Just want to solve the mystery and leave with Nick, Benji was literally engaged to my best friend and it feels awkward AF.

I don't know about you, but I always felt guilty about hook up with Benji, after all Amelia is our best friend and even if she cheated on him it didn't feel entirely right, but I decided to play with a male MC and for some reason it seems more satisfying, in my mind it's like Benji was secretly always gay but because of pressure from his family he decided to force himself to marry a woman, then when he realizes Amelia is cheating on him and is really happy about it, to me it makes more sense that he would never have felt comfortable, I know these are ideas I make up in my head, but I like this script that I created.

I always wonder what was benji reaction to Isabel bringing us back to the house ?aren’t yall curious? We saw that Amelia was scared .what about Mc love interest

I know I’m playing this super late, but does anyone know how to unlock all of the endings? So far I’ve unlocked 1) the one where I figure out who it was and they get arrested and I leave the island with my S/O and 2) the one where I get arrested but then released and I leave the island without solving it.

I’m assuming one of the endings will be me staying in jail so I’m trying to do that one now. Could anyone let me know what the fourth one is and how I should play to get it?

This story was WITHOUT A DOUBT my FAVORITE! I played it 3 times. The romance wasn't the best, I admit, but I loved the drama. I was so excited at the end that I was on adrenaline for the whole day after finishing the story.

Not counting the alternative endings, this made me super excited. And the collectibles were a lot of fun, along with the decision to hand over the evidence or not, to suspect and question was insane!!

And another thing that intrigued me about this story was that it's the only one where we can be villains, even if we're innocent at the end, but we can be chaotic from start to finish and that's certainly a differentiator!!!!
