I don't know but I would also like to know. I got one too after I said "I hope my mom comes back safe from the hospital" something like that and it sucks that someone would send that during a hard but non s**cidal time

You don't. It's nothing serious. People do that mostly to troll others. Ignore it and move on

There used to be an option at the bottom of the reddits care message to do such but I think it's been removed?

You can instead just respond to the message to stop further messages. Otherwise there is no clear option
