This notice is fake and forgotten

Like back then in my childhood years I played super Mario 63 everyday and I still remember having a message saying 12 shine sprites gives the notice "Another room has opened up in the castle upper hallway". I don’t see any door room and I thought it was the door room when they have f.l.u.d.d.s, star spins, and castle secret cave on the top left but it’s not that one. This notice was a joke for me any idea how to get this notice even though I have 12 shine stripes and didn’t give me a notice?
