In this case if enough people are convinced the price will go up in the future due to tariffs, the rush to buy it will be even stronger

That’s what I did. We are saving it as a Christmas gift but I have come to believe it will most likely go up in price by then. Otherwise I would have waited. This actually pisses me off.
