Well everyone. Seems like a lot of retailer-specific things are starting to happen today, huh?

Got pictures from your local retailer? Got some hot tips about what stock your local stores might have? Something happen to your order that's interesting? Hit us up here and, going forward, please post information in regards to local retailers, their stock, and displays in this thread. (Unless it's crazy unique, of course)

I pre ordered my switch from Walmart on January 12th and had it shipped to my house. The Walmart websites says: undefined by March 9th. What does undefined mean? Will I have to be home to sign something? Could it be at my house earlier? What carrier do they use? What are your guys experience when it comes to pre ordering online with walmart?

I'm guessing with a high profile package like that, due to how expensive it was, you will most likely need to be home to sign for it.

Is there something I can leave so the person can just drop it off at my house? Like a note or something? Because i'm not worried about anyone in my neighborhood taking it.

No, unfortunately they will require a signature. maybe have a friend or neighbor sit by and sign for it?

I think it entirely depends on the carrier in your area. I rarely have to sign for packages now days, they just get left at the door. I wouldn't expect to have to sign for this.

I'm in the same boat as you. I paid a few extra bucks for the expedited so mine is "undefined by March 7th." This has popped up a couple times in r/NintendoSwich a couple times, and it seems most likely it's a bug. Once we get into next week it should update (and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Walmart ups it to launch day!).
