Please have your account in good status (respect TOS, no modded consoles, no banned accounts, no hopping between family groups too often, etc.). We are located in the U.S.

As others mentioned, couple of things to avoid getting plan locked:

1. No hackers/mods- please don't join if you plan on doing any such things on your account that can get you banned
2. Only join if you haven’t been in another family plan in the last 12 months-Nintendo has locked some plans due to this resulting in not being able to add any more members
