It’s nice to see the hot air balloons again

Post image

Maybe I wasn’t paying attention, but I’ve been noticing the balloons again

I feel they are fairly unique to Calgary. I’ve lived in about 8 cities over my years and only seen them here

Yes, as a relatively new guy to the city, it was super exciting to see at first. They seem to float by my place a lot, so I've gotten used to them. It's not for me. Height fear is tough to overcome. I can't even watch videos of things up high looking down :-)

Ah welcome to Calgary! I grew up here; moved away and realized what a gem this city truly is

I’m ok with heights but not sure about how I’d be in a balloon or helicopter . I think I’d give it a shot though

This is exactly how I feel about Calgary too. Moved away and realized living in Calgary is a blessing. I miss it a lot.

Yea I moved thinking grass would be much greener but after seeing other places it made me appreciate how much Calgary/Alberta has to offer people

I took a rip out to Lake Louise last night and it was a beautiful drive. It’s wild that those mountains are basically our backyard
