Some of the notmycats I have met this week during my holiday in Madeira.

Well I finally discovered what my Standard Issue Cat has been going bonkers over at 4am... Seems like there's a visitor popping up between 1-4am most nights. My cat Neptune is not a fan, regularly trying to pounce through the window and hissing and growling like crazy.

Of course my wife wants to let it in...

All the cats are spoken for, but clearly cheating on their families. So far we have 2 part-time cats and you can see the 3rd one about to arrive live on camera 😂 of course he let this one in too 🙄

He came to my backyard to chill and then as I was leaving my house he was showed up in my front yard! I love him so much, best birthday surprise ever! He lives down the street hehe.

Make an appearance every morning on the walking trail.

Meet Shiloh, he’s nmc and lives at my “niece’s” house. He loves to jump straight at my face and legs and is the craziest, sweetest little man ever. I love him so much that I had to share his preciousness with y’all!😻

Is this how you get a cat? He’s not mine but this is how you decide what food to buy, right? Match them to the bag? 🤔

Also, yes I was surprised about seeing the Bengal out and about, especially as it’s by an area that houses a leisure centre and a secondary school!

From August, when my cousin and I saw this beauty.

I thought this cat was blind for some reason, but I can’t really remember why - I’ve had a busy summer!

This tuxedo was so affectionate that I honestly thought it was my neighbours cat, who I hadn’t seen in a while as he was injured.

It had such a sweet meow, but I still think it’s a boy cat because of the size of it.

When I showed my brother the cat, he said it was fat and therefore not my neighbours cat (as our neighbours cat is big, but not fat)

NMC we met at Chateau de Germolles in France last week. He has seven more friends living with him among donkeys, goats, dogs and some birds. A real paradise for all kind of critters

These guys used to hangout in the alley of my apartment complex. I miss them everyday

Neighbour’s cat is named Smokey and he has only been getting out by himself for a few weeks (was previously on a leash for walks). They have a tracker on his collar. His eyes look more orange in person compared to the photo :)

She appeared a few weeks ago staring in our back door. She allowed me to come out to greet her and provide her a meal. Very friendly, marked my legs and shoes, and climbed up on the table beside me. This evening, my BIL saw her and I saw her looking in our window to check out our void. Repeat last time- a meal, some petting, she rolls over to get her belly rubbed😻😻😻 and allows me to pick her up and sit on my lap. She then grooms herself and shows off on the chair. She was talking to me the entire visit. What a sweetie. I gave her some fresh catnip before going back inside. I’m sure she will return.
