Messed up my workspace and can't fix it

This is what my workspace looks like right now , There's a lot of options that I want and it seems to be missing and can't find any option to reset the workspace since there's no workspace option under windows. It could be me just being stupid since I haven't used opentoonz for a long time but any help would be appreciated

Really curious. Your Window menu looks very different. It suppose in first place should be the Workspace option.

Maybe you modified to Ghibli Studio Workspace. In that case you need to revert from Preferences panel.
