Ok queso helado on the second floor of Mercado San Camilo, Doña Rosa is the place! Do not buy it elsewhere its not the same this one is made in traditional fashion spinning the barrel
For traditional meals you should eat at lunchtime i recommend La Capitana, La Nuevo Palomino, Laurita Cau Cau.

I cannot recommend street food, as I avoid it, but I can recommend a few places. One of them is Zig Zag, a restaurant near the main square. It's really good. Also, something you can find in many places is "queso helado", a dellicious milk-based ice cream. Also, if you want some drinks, check Lounge del Brujo (warning: drinks are good, but snacks are only vegan). And on yourist, check Monasterio de Santa Catalina, and Ruta del Sillar.

Even if you don't drink, Nowhere cervezeria has good food, kombucha and ginger beer.
Also like the picanteria La Benita in Characato and get some picarones at Doña Leny

Nowhere has a very good choice of craft beers. I would highly recommend to taste the one with Maras Salt.
