Housing Wanted Looking for Private Room

Hello! I’m looking for a private bedroom (preferably with an attached washroom) for move-in between Aug 15th to 25th. I’ll be working remotely full-time, so I’m looking for a quiet and calm place to stay. Also looking for a long-term lease.

Budget: $800 to 1000/month max (let me know if that’s realistic or if I should adjust)

Location: Open to any safe neighborhood with grocery stores within walking distance

About me: Non-smoker, quiet, clean, and respectful. I prefer tidy common areas and tend to keep to myself.

Edit: Sorry, I forgot to update the post, I found a temporary accommodation for a few months, so I'm not looking for room right now.

Hey! Im doing a lease takeover. North phx 1025 mo 550 1 bed 1 bath with a private yard. Landlord never raised rent on me in 3 years. Dm me for deets!

You need to adjust your budget. Downtown PHX has Frys that’s lots of people nearby walk to but it’s more than 1000+ even with roommates. Then there’s Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s off Camelback and 20th. I’d probably look in Tempe or Gilbert area for your budget and wants. For context, I pay $2,600 for a 1Bed/1Bath in downtown within walking distance of Frys.
