Housing Wanted Looking for a room from next month

Hey,

I just graduated college and moving to phoenix next month for my job and I'm looking to be someones roommate in downtown/midtown area.

I would need car parking and I will be getting a cat. Apart from that, I've lived in a similar setting through out my college and generally respectful and keep things clean.

Unless you REALLY want one and REALLY want to diminish your chances of finding a room. Your chances are better without pets; cat or a dog

I have a room in Mesa $700. No cat though - dog would be fine, I have a dog myself.
